赵爱萍，多语言多文化教育哲学博士，副教授，硕士生导师。主要从事应用语言学，二语习得，翻译等方面的研究。研究兴趣为阅读，词汇习得，学习者特征，教师教育，翻译教学等。
学习经历：
1996-2000年 就读于东南大学外语系，专业为英语，获文学学士学位
2000-2003年 就读于山东大学外语系专业为翻译，获文学硕士学位
2004-2009年 就读于美国佛罗里达州立大学教师教育学院，专业为多语言多文化教育，获哲学博士学位
2010-2015年美国辛辛那提大学教育学院 读写与二语学习系访问学者
